Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect

​Planning Recruitment are currently representing a leading AJ100 practice with an excellent reputation in the housing sector as they look to welcome an Architectural Technologist/Technician or technically strong Architect to their growing technical team.

Upon joining the team, you will provide technical support on a number of large-scale UK based residential schemes, focusing predominantly on RIBA stages 3 – 5 in Revit. As specialists in the housing sector, the practice cover all types of housing projects be it private, affordable or specialist housing.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience working on UK based residential schemes (multi-unit developments) across RIBA stages 3 – 5. You must have strong technical detailing skills, an ability to independently prepare packages for tender and construction and experience participating in project coordination. You must also be a proficient Revit user and have used it on live projects in practice.
