Do you have 2-3 years of planning experience and a dedication to excellence?

Due to our ongoing success, repeat business, and new referrals, our client is proud to be growing and now has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Consultant to join the team! Our client is based in close proximity to major public transport links and can offer this role on a part-time or full-time basis.

In this role, you will work on a range of residential and commercial projects throughout the south east and, in collaboration with the wider team offer offers bespoke design, and planning with building control services to residential clients, housebuilders, and developers.

With previous experience in a planning role (or working in a local government planning department), you will have a thorough understanding of the planning process with the ability to prepare, research and submit planning applications.

You will be writing reports, preparing design and access/planning statements, liaising with the local authority and other stakeholders in order to fully support the planning process, so your clients get the very best outcome.

You will be an exceptional communicator, with a solution-focused approach to work. You will have worked as a Local Authority Planner Officer or as a Consultant for 2 -3 years already. You will be looking for a new challenge in a small but growing team, and have the confidence and passion to further your own knowledge and development.
