Job Details
Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to start immediately.
The role will be to lead a 220 unit residential scheme from stage 3 to completion.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:-
- ARB/RIBA Architect
- A proven background delivering a multi-unit residential scheme from stage 3 to completion.
- Experience of managing a small team.
- Capable of mentoring junior staff.
- Client facing and job running abilities.
- Revit knowledge is highly desirable, but not essential.
