Salary: £22,579 - £24,053 per annum dependent on experience
Location: Initially working remotely with return to North West office in due course
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, 6-month fixed term contract

The RIBA North West is looking to recruit a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day core activities of the RIBA North West region. This will include delivery of member events, local initiatives and the provision of administrative support to the RIBA North West Council.

As the Project Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the RIBA North West, for both internal and external stakeholders and members. You will support the administration, marketing and delivery of regional events as well as gathering and scheduling content for social media platforms and the monthly regional newsletter. The post-holder will also ensure that CRM databases and electronic filing systems are up to date, undertake a range of administrative duties for the team such as meeting administration, agenda preparation and capturing minutes, as well as providing financial administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at using social media platforms as a communication and marketing tool, and have knowledge of working with CRM systems. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating your ability to take responsibility for self-direction and using your initiative while we work remotely. You’ll be juggling tight and conflicting deadlines, so exceptional organisational skills will be essential.

This role will suit a candidate who is interested in the work the RIBA does at a local, regional and national level and is passionate about encouraging volunteers to contribute to the work of the organisation. You will be comfortable liaising and negotiating with people at different levels, both verbally and written, and able to make use of the RIBA systems to effectively promote ideas, events and opportunities to members/non-members.

The RIBA offers employees a range of staff benefits including 26.5 days of annual leave + half-day for Christmas shopping, paid closure between Christmas & New Year, season ticket loan and generous pension scheme. For more details on our benefits click here
