Architectural Technologist, South Oxfordshire

We are a small but busy family run Architectural Practice based in South Oxfordshire and are looking to add an Architectural Technologist to our team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for producing Building Regulations packages, but as we are a small team they should expect to be involved in all day-to-day activities within the company.

The successful candidate will have:

• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations (to be able to produce packages without assistance)
• Experience in working on Building Regulations Packages for UK residential projects (from internal remodelling to new houses).
• AutoCAD Proficient
• Experience of carrying out measured surveys is a benefit.
• Access to own car is essential.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with impeccable time management will be essential to the role.

The role will be mostly home based, however as the majority of our projects are located within a 20-mile radius of Chinnor, South Oxfordshire we would expect the candidate to be based within easy access to this area.
