Senior Architect

​Planning Recruitment are currently working with an Architectural practice in Surrey who are looking to welcome an ARB registered Senior Architect to their team as their workload continues to grow.

Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for leading projects and the team on a number of developer-led Residential projects through construction on-site. You will be working on several projects simultaneously, whilst liasing directly with clients and external consultants.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills/experience:

• ARB Registration.

• 10 years PQE (or the equivalent)*

• Large scale UK housing experience (multi-unit).

• Experience across all RIBA stages.

• Strong construction and site experience.

• Strong experience solving site/construction related issues.

• An ability to think quickly on your feet.

• AutoCAD proficiency.

• Experience managing junior members of staff.

• Experience dealing with clients, contractors and external consultants.
