Architect

Based in Bury, Greater Manchester and founded in 2005, our vibrant and successful practice is seeking an enthusiastic Architect with at least 5 years post qualification experience. The successful applicant will have the design flair, technical expertise and people skills required to develop a real long-term career position for themselves.

The position is ideally suited to an architect who is seeking to develop a very real and long-term career for themselves within an established practice. You will be required to demonstrate to us your involvement (individually and within a team) in the design and delivery of a number of high-quality architectural projects of which you feel worthy and appropriate to our business.

Our current workload is wide ranging with projects within commercial, conservation, social housing, private residential, medical and educational sectors.

Your experience must include direct contact and active engagement with clients, consultants and contractors, architectural design and presentation of a wide range and scale of building types, including contract administration of completed projects.  Your verbal and written communication skills will be required to be of the highest standard.
