Architect / Principal Architect

We are currently looking for a design Architect / Principal Architect, depending on your experience, but with a minimum 3 year post Part 3 qualification. You will need to demonstrate a capability of delivering projects on site (preferably in the industrial sector, but this is not essential). Project work will involve you working both as part of a team and independently, so we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Revit capability is desired, although not essential, but Autocad experience is necessary. We can train you in Revit, though a proactive drive to bring yourself up to speed on the software will be expected.

The successful individual will have good client facing skills, be able to build rapport with others easily and have an attitude of bringing third parties together to achieve successful outcomes. A flexible attitude is essential as well as that of an early adopter who can learn new procedures and software in an ever-changing world.
