Architect. Leamington Spa

We are currently looking for an experienced Architect to join our team.

Based in Leamingon Spa, we are a busy Architectural Practice working on an exciting and expanding workload of healthcare, commercial and public sector projects.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who can easily work on multiple projects, across various design stages at any one time and take responsibility for running a project. 

Basic requirements: 

• Applicants must have relevant UK project experience working within a similar role for at least 2+ years post qualification
• Good all round technical and design skills
• Contract administration experience 
• Ability to communicate with clients, colleagues and design teams effectively through varying forms such as meetings, Teams, and email
• A full, UK driving licence and access to a car 
• Experience using Vectorworks preferred but not essential
