Senior Architect - Nottingham

his new role would offer the opportunity for a Senior Architect to work as a key part of the management team in a highly successful Architectural practice. If you are looking to run projects and develop your management experience then this could be the role for you.

The practice is made up of 40 people split over its 2 offices. They have a varied portfolio of projects including leisure, healthcare, public and residential. They pride themselves on their team atmosphere and forward-thinking attitude. Due to a number of confirmed projects and ongoing pipeline they are in a position to strengthen its senior team with this appointment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take day to day responsibilities of managing projects
• Allocation of work
• Production of initial design drawings
• Point of contact for clients
• Use Revit on a daily basis
• Working closely with Associates in the management of the office and team
• Initial projects will include several leisure and healthcare projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Possess a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
• Excellent Revit skills are essential
• Strong design skills
• Large scale project experience
• Experience of working directly with clients
• Ability to manage the multiple project teams
• Portfolio of large-scale projects
• Experience in sports and leisure projects would be highly beneficial but not essential.
• Management of an office is beneficial

• Excellent communication skills.
