ADA Architects are looking for an Architectural Technician/Architect with a strong aptitude for preparing construction drawing and architectural detailing, with a keen eye quality and design. You will join our small team working in Halstead Essex on London projects for London developer clients.
Candidates must be self motivated, capable of meeting deadlines, working as an individual or part of a team and be good in communication with strong written and presentation skills.
We are looking to secure the right person as soon as possible, paying in the region of £40,000 for an experienced Architectural Technician/Architect.
Joining our team you will be part of a practice delivering projects through to completion. This is an ideal opportunity to be involved with challenging and interesting projects in London whilst working from an Essex base.
The core responsibilities include:-
- Preparing construction issue drawings and details, working around factors such as specific design solutions, Town Planning, environmental impact and project budget.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals involved.
- Writing and presenting reports, applications and contracts.
- Specifying the requirements for the projects.
- Adopting plans according to circumstances and resolving problems that might arise during construction.
- Playing a part in the project and team management
