A design consultancy offering renewable solutions and energy efficiency advice and services is looking for a Planning and Sustainability Consultant to join their team in the South East.

This consultancy works with commercial businesses, local authorities and housing associations whilst demonstrating strategic abilities, integration and commitment.

There will be training offered, however, the employer would like someone who can hit the ground running in most areas mentioned below.

What you will need:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience and knowledge of ESOS Assessing/reporting or SECRA reporting
• Knowledge of PAS 2015
• Experience with Domestic and Non-domestic energy assessments
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge of Health and Safety
• Experience working on site
• Hands-on experience with Project Management
• Hands-on experience dealing with clients
• Ability to lone-work and manage your appointments/source leads
• Great communication skills
• Experience managing GRESB, Environmental Management Reporting and other sustainability and energy reporting

This employer is also open to applicants in the heating and electric fields with have hands-on experience who are wanting to transition to consulting.

This role will be home-based, however, you will need to be able to commute to the South East and/or South Coast for site visits on occasion.

The employer is offering both full-time and part-time positions and salary will be dependent on experience.
