An established RIBA Chartered & CIAT registered Architectural practice based in Peterborough have a new opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This could be an exciting step-up if you are already at Intermediate level, or an inspiring new opportunity if you are currently at a senior level but facing lack of progression within your current role.

Our client gets involved in an array of exciting projects across both the residential and commercial sectors across all RIBA stages, so there is always a fresh and exciting challenge on the horizon!

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience and ideally a good understanding of Revit.

Essential skills/ qualifications for this Intermediate/ Senior Architectural Technologist role:

• Be suitably qualified and ideally you will have a number of years' worth of experience in an Intermediate role ideally within the residential sector.
• You must have strong AutoCad experience. Revit is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of UK Building regulations alongside preparing, coordinating and submitting planning applications.
• Experienced producing construction details.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good understanding and experience of document management.
• A UK driving licence & ideally your own transport.
