Salary: Up to £35k (but depending on experience)

An established Architectural practice based near Matlock, Derbyshire have an exciting new opportunity for either an Intermediate or Senior level Architectural Technologist to join their team on a permanent basis. This could be an exciting step-up if you are already at Intermediate level, or an inspiring new opportunity if you are currently at a Senior level but facing lack of progression within your current role.

Whilst our client does get involved in an array of exciting projects they are very commercially focussed and this particular role will have particular emphasis on retail design.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 4 years' post qualification experience and ideally excellent knowledge and understanding of Revit.

Essential skills/ qualifications for this Intermediate/ Senior Architectural Technologist role:

• Be suitably qualified and ideally you will have a number of years' worth of experience in an Intermediate role ideally within the retail sector.
• You must have strong Revit experience.
• Sound knowledge of UK Building regulations alongside preparing, coordinating and submitting planning applications.
• Experienced producing construction details.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good understanding and experience of document management.
• A UK driving licence & ideally your own transport.
