Architectural Technician

A friendly practice based towards north Hertfordshire are being awarded some great projects and next year is looking busy for them. They are therefore looking to appoint an Architectural Technician to join the friendly team from January. Technical Architectural Assistants or Technical Architects will also be considered.

You will be an integral part of the team working on simultaneous projects at any one time helping to deliver projects across the technical stages predominantly in the Commercial and Residential sectors which can include both bespoke and large scale developments. This is an ideal opportunity for any technical Architectural Assistants and Technicians/ Technologists looking to work for a developing practice and be heavily involved in all aspects with long term career progression.

To be considered for this role the right Architectural Technician/Assistant must have a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations. You will also ideally have experience working in AutoCAD and/or Revit and there is a great opportunity to be trained and supported in using Revit if you wished.
