Residential Revit Designer

We are looking for Revit trained Sr Architectural Designers & Technologists to join our growing business.

We are currently looking for two people to join our team here at Resi: 
Architectural Designer with experience in proposed design and planning, and a Building Regulations Technical Designer. 

You will be instrumental in delivering quality, inspirational designs and drawings to our clients. Our client base covers the whole of the UK with a variety of potential projects - ranging from internal renovations, larger extensions and new build developments!

We are currently 90 people based in International House right at the heart of Brixton, South London. International House is the UK’s first Living Wage Building. 

The core responsibilities of the roles will vary based on the team you join but may include:

• Assist in preparing existing architectural drawings. for 
• Create original design work to meet client brief for planning submission
• Support and train Junior Team Members 
• Producing Building Regulations drawings 
• Communicating with clients
• Coordinating consultants (engineers/drainage/party-wall etc.)

 We are looking for individuals who have:

• Excellent Revit skills 
• Excellent understanding of design and planning knowledge
• Solid UK technical/building regulations knowledge 
• 2/3+ years' experience within the residential sector in the UK, small/ medium projects like home elevations, extensions, loft conversions, new build etc.
• Great communication skills 
• On-site experience desired but not essential 
• Please include examples of your residential work, we are looking for experience in Residential Architecture in the UK (i.e home renovations, loft conversions, extensions, elevations)
