Eleven 10 Architecture have a new and exciting position for someone who would like the opportunity to run our small Surrey based practice. This Candidate will be a part 3 RIBA Architecture and be looking for a Design Directorship/Practice Manager position

The successful Part 3 Architect for this position of Design Director / Surrey Practice Manager will have a Starting Salary of £35,000.00 P/A subject to experience, this will also include: -

  • Pension contributions,
  • A Company mobile phone
  • Performance based profit shares.

Eleven10 Architecture is boutique multi-site practice in the south west of England, heading into our 10th year of busines working with an exciting selection of clients within the residential and ecclesiastical sector from high end residential listed properties in central London to Listed church buildings in the south west of England.

Our small team is made up of a cross section of qualified Chartered Technologists, Conservation Architects and part2 qualified architects and trainee team members. We value the individual, whether client or team member and consider ourselves to be family and love to invest in the growth of all our team to their best potential, whilst serving our clients with a more traditional ethic to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Currently we are looking for someone with the potential and family values to join our London office and support the Practice Directors, nurturing and developing the staff team, whilst supporting the design process and management of our projects and practice.

As the ideal candidate you should be a proficient AutoCad user as a minimum and Revit experience would be advantageous.  You should have a minimum relevant workplace experience of at least 5 years, having completed work from strategic definition (0) to end use (7). Great presentation and communication skills and be a team player both in practice and on client teams. You will have a professional command of the English language, a full driving licence and a track record of managing projects and people, whilst being able to prove your ability to manage the practice, consider business development whilst ale to develop yourself and others.
