Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside an established RIBA Chartered architectural practice based near Chipping Campden, the Cotswolds, who are currently recruiting for an Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team due to being busier than ever!

You will get the chance to work on a variety of residential projects, from private houses, barns through to larger residential developments and retirement/ care projects as part of a medium-sized team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain excellent experience as part of an exceptional team of individuals. There is a clear cut progression path and an excellent benefits package on offer for the right candidate.

Microstation experience is beneficial!

Essential skills/ qualifications for this Architectural Assistant role:

• Part 2 qualified, having a number of years' experience ideally within the residential/ conservation sector
• Strong design flair, evident through a portfolio of work
• Ambitious, dedicated and driven to succeed
• Confident and possessing strong communication skills
• Strong AutoCad and ideally Microstation experience
• Good technical understanding, understanding of current UK Building/ Planning Regulations
• You will have a full driving licence and transport
