Project Architect

​Planning Recruitment are currently recruiting for a medium-sized practice in Central London who are looking to welcome a Project Architect with approximately 5 years of post-qualification experience or the equivalent.

The practice specialise in the high-end residential sector, including new builds and refurbishments and extensions of listed buildings in some of London’s most prominent boroughs. They also work on masterplans and new build hotels overseas.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience working on high-end residential projects in the UK across all RIBA Plan of Work stages and possess strong technical delivery and construction skills. Vectorworks experience would be beneficial, however training will be provided for the right candidate.

Where we indicate a band of PQE for a role, this indicates how long we would expect an architectural professional to take to gain the level of experience required in an appropriate context. It does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE who can demonstrate that they have acquired the relevant experience.
