With an international reputation for excellence in design, the practice has carried out commissions, both in the UK and abroad, for private clients on a diverse range of commercial, hospitality and high-end residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a (Part 1/2) to join a highly creative team where there will be the support to develop your career.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To work as part of a team, under the supervision of the Project Architect
• To assist in the production of design and prepare drawings, reports and schedules on all RIBA stages
• To meet deadlines
• To operate standard filing systems within the office
• To assist in general duties in the office

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced RIBA Part I or RIBA Part II or equivalent level
• Fluent English is a must as you would have to deal with architects and suppliers
• Experience of working within a UK practice
• Excellent design, technical and hand sketch skills
• Strong knowledge of Vectorworks, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office
• Site experience along with knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills across the board including with clients, contractors, managers and team member
• Have a passion for design and the built environment
• Eligible to work in the UK
