Architectural Technologist

Planning Recruitment are presently recruiting for a friendly, well-established studio in Manchester who are looking to welcome an Architectural Technologist.

Your role will see you involved in the preparations of drawings and specifications of projects within the Residential/Retirement living sector. You will also be working alongside a more senior member of the team to assist with client management and design team coordination.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of work in the UK residential and/or care sectors and experience working from RIBA Stage 2. You must have exceptional technical capabilities, strong construction knowledge and knowledge of the current UK building regulations. As the office are working in Revit and AutoCAD, you must be a proficient user of both programmes. You must also possess a qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
