Salary: up to £28,000 (depending on experience)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an established RIBA Chartered architectural practice, specialising within the high end residential sector.

You will be working from modern offices based near Camden Town, North West London, as part of a thoughtful and attentive team of Architects and Assistants, working across large scale residential, bespoke and heritage.

They are looking for an ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant with 'all-round' experience. It is a very exciting time to be joining the company, as they are busier than ever. Working alongside the Senior team, you can expect to get brilliant hands-on experience across a variety of residential projects and you will get the chance to work across all stages.

VectorWorks experience is highly advantageous.

Essential skills/ qualifications for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Part 2 qualified, having a number of years' experience working on high end residential projects
• Strong design flair, evident through a portfolio of work
• Ambitious, dedicated and driven to succeed
• Confident and possessing strong communication skills
• Strong VectorWorks and SketchUp skills
• Good technical understanding, understanding of current UK Building/ Planning Regulations
• You will have a full driving licence and transport
