Senior Architectural Technologist

Seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with expert skills in BIM Revit to lead their own team and manage large scale commercial projects throughout London!

Founded in 2007, my client's team of 25 work across multiple industry sectors, popular sectors have recently included commercial, workplace, residential, masterplaning interiors, landscaped places, and object design. Project values range from £250,000 to £500 million encompassing all stages of the RIBA work plan.

You will be leading and managing a team of 10 on an exciting large-scale commercial project based in London, specifically working on stage 4.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director on your team's progress
• You will be responsible for the progression of projects through RIBA work stages 4 and 5 specifically
• You will need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years' experience working on medium to large scale projects within the UK
• Strong Revit BIM skills are essential for this position
• Experience in leading small teams
• Must have UK working project experience.

What you get back

• £40,000 - £50,000
