Project Architect / Technologist

We are a 28 strong practice, with a large portfolio of secured work within the logistics, commercial, hospitality and education sectors, at all stages of development. Our office is 5 minutes from M1 junction 15, in Milton Malsor village, near Northampton.  We provide a stimulating and diverse workload within a friendly, balanced working environment.  Project values range from £200,000 to £100 million with sites across the UK.

We need people who want to take on projects from concept through to completion. You will work directly with clients, other consultants and contractors, so good people skills are essential. Whilst you will be running your own projects, you should also be able to move between projects and assist teams where necessary. We love what we do, and ensure everyone enjoys being part of such a successful team.

Ideally, we are looking for a Project Architect/Technologist with B8 warehouse/logistics experience.

We use Revit and AutoCAD, supported with Lumion and Sketch-up for 3D visualisations.  The majority of our projects are D&B procurement, working from inception to completion.
