Revit Trained Architectural Designers & Technologists ( Residential Architecture in the UK)

We are looking for Revit trained Architectural Designers & Technologists of all levels to join our growing business.

We cover all areas of residential architecture including Design and Building Regulations for both existing stock and new builds and are looking for candidates across all our teams. 

You will be instrumental in delivering quality, inspirational designs and drawings to our clients. Our client base covers the whole of the UK with a variety of potential projects - ranging from internal renovations, larger extensions and new build developments!

We are currently 90 people based in International House right at the heart of Brixton, South London. International House is the UK’s first Living Wage Building. Our office is both accessible and we are willing to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate successful candidates, this is not a remote role and eventually we would expect you to attend our office in South London. 

The core responsibilities of the roles will vary based on the team you join but may include:

• Assist in preparing existing architectural drawings
• Perform original design work attacking a client brief following requirements under planning policy and the building regulations
• Support senior technologists with initials drafting and drawings 
• Producing Building regulations drawings 
• Communicating with clients ( for Senior roles) 
• Coordinating consultants (engineers/drainage/party-wall etc.)
• Training junior designers ( for Seniors roles)

Want to take this further? We are looking for individuals who have:

• Excellent Revit Skills 
• Excellent technical/building regulations knowledge
• A solid understanding of design
• Six months to one year experience within the residential sector - vital for Junior roles
• Three to five years’ experience within the residential sector – vital for Senior roles.
• If you wish to include examples of your work, please include your residential work, we are looking for experience in Residential Architecture in the UK (i.e renovations, lofts, conversions, extensions, elevations)
