Senior Landscape Architect

The company employ over 180 people across its 6 UK offices with 20 staff based in its London office. They cover a number of disciplines including Landscape design, strategic planning, Urban design, landscape planning and environmental assessments.

Role & Responsibilities

- Work on a number of high-profile projects including University campuses, park projects, masterplanning and urban design work

- Manage a small team, consisting of more junior staff to yourself

- Liaise with clients on a regular basis

- Manage a project across all stages

- Working with clients on initial concept designs including producing hand sketched drawings

- Report to the Director on project progress.

Required Skills & Experience

- A qualified Landscape Architect and chartered member of the Landscape Institute

- Good all-round skills with a good combination of design flair and technical ability

- Experience working from inception through to completion on projects with evidence of how you managed these

- Experience and confidence managing projects independently, knowing when to seek Director support when necessary

- Able to show examples of work completed ideally within development-led residential projects

- Comfortable and competent dealing directly with clients, with good presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly

- A proficient user of AutoCAD

- Excellent hand drawing skills and computer graphics

- Fantastic English, both written and verbal + eligible to work in the UK.
