Architectural Technician - London N1

Due to an increase in projects this North London practice is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team. If you have strong design and detailing ability with knowledge in procurement and construction - this could be your ideal role.

The practice, which was established in 2014, has a growing reputation for delivering expertly conceived and technically elegant buildings. Their approach to design is collaborative, actively encouraging creative dialogue within the studio and engaging fabricators and suppliers at an early design stage, resulting in designs both rigorously examined and technically refined. Project across retail, workplace, residential, hospitality and education sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

- Produce working drawings

- Technical detailing

- Prepare specifications

- Daily use of Vectorworks

- Report to project leader.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years PQE

- UK project experience

- Proficient in Vectorworks and BIM

- Excellent design and detailing skills

- Experience in design team coordination and client liaison

- Knowledge of UK procurement and construction.
