Senior Architect

Are you aiming to become an integral senior member of a long-established, highly successful team? My client is looking for an experienced Project Architect to take on a design-led role, working in collaboration with one of the Associates on multi-million pound London-based schemes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 5 years' experience leading projects through all RIBA stages
• ARB registered
• Experience working on large-scale residential projects in London (essential)
• Thorough understanding of UK Building regs and London Housing Codes / London Planning Standards
• Proficiency in Revit (essential) and Rhino (desirable)
• Expert knowledge of technical detailing and construction packages
• Experience liaising with clients, taking client briefs and attending design review panels

This practice is specialised across multiple sectors with particular focus on developments containing living space, including residential, student accommodation, hotels and mixed-use schemes. With 3 UK offices in London, Manchester and Hertfordshire, they are renowned for their innovative and technically advanced design solutions across the UK. The London team, located within walking distance of Farringdon Station, is made up of 15 talented designers and all projects are completed in Revit to BIM level 2.

With a strong existing portfolio of multi-million pound schemes, including tower blocks in south London and mixed-use schemes in central London, and more high value large scale projects in the pipeline, this practice can offer a secure and high energy position (with genuine career progression opportunities) within a social and fast-paced environment.
