Part II Architectural Assistant - Chichester

This busy Architectural practice based in the centre of Chichester is currently looking for an experienced Part II Architectural assistant to join its team. Offering a wide variety of large projects in numerous sectors and career development.

Established over 25 years ago the practice is made up of around 40 people working in a beautifully converted period building in the centre of the city. The practice has an excellent reputation for design quality and has developed long-standing relationships with a wide range of clients across the UK. They possess a varied portfolio of projects including education, residential, car showrooms and corporate headquarters. Due to continued success and growth they now have the requirement for a Part 2 Architectural assistant.

Role & Responsibilities

- Due to the companies' diverse portfolio you will be working on a variety of projects types and sizes
- Using Revit on a daily basis
- Assisting Senior project runners
- Working through all RIBA stages 1-7 of projects
- Working on the production of planning and technical drawing packages.

Required Skills & Experience

- Ideally 3 Years in practice experience
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
- Revit experience is highly desirable, but they will train in-house if necessary
- Team orientated
- Be located close or looking to relocate within a 45-minute commute of the business
