Senior Architect

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect to join a well-established practice with a high-quality design focus to work on and lead high-end residential projects, and truly make them their own. This is an opening not to be missed!

Established over 10 years ago my client specialises in the high-quality design of residential and commercial projects. Some popular locations for their work include Barnet, Hampstead and Mill Hill, ranging in value from £400,000 - £3million pounds. With over 200 completed projects in their portfolio, they offer complete architectural services from inception, all the way through to post completion, this means you will be involved in every part of the journey.

This position is perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career, this is a lead creative role that will take the practice to the next level.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of Architects and Assistants on high-end residential and commercial projects
• Complete construction drawings and contract administration duties
• Fully manage a project through all RIBA stages
• Report to the Directors on project progress
• Attend client meetings and occasionally go on site.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years UK professional working experience
• Strong management skills and team leading experience
• Experience of project contract administration and working on construction drawings
• Proven experience working on high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages and ideally have commercial project experience too
• AutoCAD skills are essential for this position
• Fantastic English, both written and oral.
