I'm working with an Amazing Award-winning studio in central who are looking for an experienced Architect Revit skills to join their team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all RIBA work stages, developing concepts and working until construction. Based on these requirements, a strong Technical drawing ability (in Revit) and Site experience is advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this position, you will:
- Develop design concepts based on the clients brief
- Develop the project across all RIBA work stages
- Prepare drawing packages, with assistance from Technical
- Report to Directors/Partners on your working progress
- Present and meet with clients, advising on best options for their needs
- Develop drawings in Revit
RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
The following requirements are essential to this position:
A good working knowledge of current Planning and Building Regulation legislation is important.
3 years + UK studio experience
Strong Revit Skills
Experience working across RIBA stages
Part II or above
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
The following experience is non-essential but will be advantageous to the role:
Knowledge of BIM to level 2 standards
Knowledge of AutoCAD
ARB Registered
Aptitudes
The individual will show commitment and professional drive, take key directions and work at pace, be able to work under their own steam, self-checking, using their initiative as part of the Design team or alone on individual projects tasks.
