Opportunity:
A highly successful and award winning design studio are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their fun and social team in central London. You'll be leading the construction phase as Project Architect, working closely with the client and contractor on a large scale mixed-use project based in London. Role & Company:
As Project Architect, you'll have an excellent technical knowledge & detailing ability in order to deliver this multi-storey mixed-use scheme through to completion, working collaboratively with contractors to achieve and maintain high quality Architecture. This project is in Revit, so proficiency and proven professional use of Revit is essential.
This practice is currently made up of 15 talented and enthusiastic designers with plans for strong and successful growth. Established over 15 years ago, they have since won awards for their inspiring schemes and have completed projects for both public and private clients throughout the UK.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' UK experience post ARB qualification
- Experience leading large scale housing projects on site through to construction
- Proficient in Revit
- Thorough understanding on UK building regs and housing codes
- Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability
