Our Client for Architectural Technologist/ Technician role:

We seek experienced and talented registered Architectural Technologists/ Technician to join the Winchester and London offices, who bring with them solid experience of the design process, technical detailing and contract administration, and specifically, in the supervision of bespoke residential projects.

Our Client is a RIBA chartered Practice which has been running for over 80 years, specialising in Architecture and Urbanism. The company we are working alongside is renowned worldwide for the high level of work that they have completed and are recognised for the number of awards they have won over the years.

In this role you shall be responsible for projects at various work stages and therefore must have experience of managing RIBA Stages 2 - 6, a thorough knowledge of construction details and the ability to produce presentation drawings.

Requirements for this Architectural Technologist/ Technician role:

• A number of years' experience working in an architectural practice
• Appropriate Qualifications for an architectural technologist
• Experience working within high end residential projects
• Working knowledge and use of Archicad or a BIM related software
• production of technical drawings from 1:50 general arrangements down to 1:5 construction.

ArchiCAD is the main software that our client is using in practice. Proficiency in this software is an advantage but is not required. The company we are working alongside will offer training for any new starter as long as you are willing to learn the new software.
