As an Architect for Pelham Architects, you will have previous experience and a good knowledge of designing housing schemes for Registered Landlords, preferably with an understanding of urban design principles. You are an ARB registered Architect, with excellent communication skills and the ability to design to demanding financial constraints. Above all, you have a real enthusiasm for housing design and a commitment to promote the values of NCHA, within a friendly and supportive team.
Pelham Architects is Nottingham Community Housing Association’s in-house design team, who specialise in the design and project management of affordable, energy efficient housing. We also provide specialised design and architectural services to a range of private house builders and partner organisations across the East Midlands. Due to the nature of this role, a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
