Opportunity:
A multi-award winning AJ100 Architecture practice is looking for a talented and Revit proficient Architectural Technician to join their internationally renowned team in the Huddersfield office. You'll be working with minimal supervision as a collaborative team member across a broad range of sectors, including Educational, Commercial, residential and Healthcare. Role & Company:
As an Architectural Technician, you'll be job running from RIBA stages 4-6 on sectors including Education, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial. Project value with this company typically ranges between £10m - 60m so a confident approach and sound knowledge of construction and detailing will be essential for this role. You'll be leading the delivery of production packages and the majority of projects will be large scale, so previous experience working on large scale projects will be advantageous. Revit experience is essential.
Through the collaboration of multiple services across the built environment, including masterplanning, interior design, landscape architecture and principal designer services, this company has built a long-standing and respectable reputation for providing value above industry standard. Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience
- Proficient in Revit, with a minimum of 2 years' professional use
- Demonstrable experience in leading/assisting with the delivery of production packages
- Experienced in RIBA stages 4-6 inclusive
