Busy multidisciplinary company are at an exciting time to further grow their established Architectural team. Therefore exciting openings in the business are now available for an established Architect or Senior Technician to the dynamic office just south of Oxford.
You will be an integral part of the growing multidisciplinary team and will be a senior in the Oxfordshire office with scope to head up a small Architectural team if desired. Working on a variation of projects at any one time delivering projects across the RIBA stages. This is an ideal opportunity for any Architects or Senior Technicians looking to work for a growing practice and be heavily involved in all aspects with long term career progression.
It is imperative you have a great technical understanding and proven track record preparing drawings for planning applications and building reg applications. The right individual must also be experienced in the RIBA stages and be confident working closely with the client, design experience would also be highly desirable.
To be considered for this role the right Architect/ Architectural Technician must have a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations. The opportunity will give you the chance to work on projects across a variety of sectors including Residential and Commercial. AutoCAD and/or Revit experience is ideal although not essential.
