Be part of the vision; be part of the RIBA.

The RIBA is a global professional membership body, and a cultural organisation, driving excellence in architecture.

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum
Location: Great Portland Street, London
Hours: 28 hours per week. Fixed term contract 6 months

Do you love events, awards and architecture? The RIBA is looking for a highly organised and effective Awards and Events Assistant to help us maintain and enhance the high calibre of our national and international Awards and Events programmes.

Working on prestigious projects such as the RIBA Stirling Prize, International Prize and Royal Gold Medal, this role will work with both the Awards and Events teams in an energetic and collaborative department.

You will provide effective and efficient administrative and operational support for the smooth running and successful outputs of our Awards and Events. This exciting post means that you’ll be involved from the very start of the Awards process all the way through to the high profile and televised Stirling Prize event.

Do you have a positive ‘can do’ attitude?  Do you have an excellent knowledge of excel and other Microsoft packages; the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing plans?

This role offers a great opportunity to support the RIBA’s work in celebrating the great architects and architecture of today and inspiring the great architects of the future.
