One of Scotland's' most successful and established architectural practices have an urgent requirement for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with strong Revit and visualisation skills to join their team based in Aberdeen on a permanent basis.
Our client is an award-winning practice, delivering some exciting projects throughout Scotland and the UK. They have been in business for just under 30 years' and around 80% of their clients are repeat.
You will get the chance to work on an exciting variety of projects from residential, commercial and education as part of an ambitious, friendly and motivated team.
Essential skills/ qualifications for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
- Part 2 qualified and ideally you will already ideally have experience within a UK based practice - ideally within the residential sector
- Have strong knowledge of AutoCad and Revit
- Good hand sketching abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A UK driving licence & ideally your own transport
To work as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant you will be:
- Working as part of a team, assisting on development of design proposals
- Assisting in the preparation of drawings, reports, visualisations, schedules and specifications
- Coordinating designs with other members of the team
