We have an exciting opportunity for an intermediate architectural technologist to join a chartered and well-known company based in Leeds, working on a variety of projects across many sectors.

Our Client is currently looking to hire a talented and ambitious Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join our Leeds city centre studio. As part of the technical team, you will be involved in the delivery of projects at various scales and within multiple sectors, such as residential, commercial, transport, and security.

Key Requirements for this Architectural technician/ technologist role

• Successful candidates shall be responsible for projects at various work stages and therefore must have experience of managing RIBA Stages
• Thorough knowledge of construction details and the ability to produce presentation drawings.
• Candidates must be capable of operating alone and unsupervised as well as within complex, multi-agency teams
• Experience in practice using Revit
