My client is a multidisciplinary walking distance from Liverpool Street station with a respected name within the architecture industry. They are looking fo strengthen the team with a project architect with the opportunity to be involved at the concept stage of the project working collaboratively with a broad consultant team until completion.

    Part 3 qualified and have at least 2 years working as a Project Architect for a UK based practiceHave excellent design and drawing skillsHave a strong understanding of the UK Building and Planning regulationsExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenProven experience working on all RIBA stagesDemonstrate good client-facing communication skillsHave project/ job running experienceCompetent in technical detailingExperience of working on large new build projectsProficient using AutoCAD, Revit and NBS
