Are are you a technical Revit architect and stand out with the delivery of multi-unit residential projects.

Are you looking for a firm that allows the room to progress and develop your career with them as they grow?

Im working with a well-established Architecture practice with a reputation in delivering a wide range of projects sectors in the UK. they have recently appointed a senior architect to partner in the firm and would now need a strong delivery architect to fill his boots.

They have a team of 25 Architects at the moment, despite Brexit have managed consistently win and keep a steady flow of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    You will be reporting to the reporting the associate or Partners You will need practical experience in delivering projects.Managing drawing packages,Working on a variety of Residential projects across all RIBA Stages and Technical Delivery
    coordinating teamsExperience within the Residential Sector working on projects over 20Million Managing a team of part 2 architects

RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

The following requirements are essential to this position:

RIBA - ARB

Good working knowledge of technical delivery is important.

Strong Revit Skills

Experience working across RIBA stages

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of Revit BIM to level 2 standards

Knowledge of AutoCAD

ARB or RIBA Registered
