Part 3 Architect

Opportunity:

I'm working on a very rare opportunity for a recently qualified Part 3 Architect or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant...One of my top clients, an established and highly regarded architectural practice, have recently taken on a number of exciting new projects across multiple sectors throughout the UK. They're looking for a Revit proficient, recently qualified Part 3 Architect (or experienced Part 2) to join their talented team in Bristol. Role & Company:

In this role, you'll be using your expert Revit knowledge to help ensure that all other staff members are using the software correctly and in line with the company's existing protocols in their head office. You'll therefore be liaising regularly with the BIM Manager there. As the majority of projects are currently going into stage 4, you'll initially be technically focused, so a strong technical ability and background will be essential. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who's just qualified as an Architect and wants to get stuck into a mentoring role and quickly progress with a successful company that recognises and rewards talent.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ARB qualified
• Minimum 4 years' professional use of Revit and strong understanding of BIM to teach others
• Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies
• Strong technical ability demonstrated in a well presented portfolio
