Architect / Project Leader / Part 2 Assistants
With a healthy pipeline of prospective projects, Llewelyn Davies is looking to expand its London offices near Tottenham Court Road. The firm has an international reputation in its core sectors and is keen to create opportunities for people who want to help develop and enhance the quality of our service and products. Our current and prospective work includes healthcare, mixed-use and residential projects both in the UK and overseas.
We are looking for Architects with a minimum of 3 years' experience to work on a variety of projects in the UK and overseas. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work well and proactively with other team members.
We are also specifically seeking an experienced Architect able to lead and coordinate a new overseas hospital project commencing in the coming months. The candidate should be strong in project organisation, programming and the coordination of other consultants. We would expect the individual to be very much ‘hands-on’, CAD / BIM literate and contributing to the development of the design and delivery strategy throughout. Previous knowledge of working on hospitals may be beneficial but not essential. Overseas travel will generally be limited to no more than a week at a time.
Llewelyn Davies is further looking to recruit RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistants. A variety of work experience at various scales is available and the willingness to be flexible and agile to respond to project demands is essential.
