RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the senior architects on technical delivery You will need practical experience assisting the delivery of residential builds.Working on a variety of residential projects across all RIBA Stages and Technical Delivery
coordinating teamsExperience within the residential sector working on projects over 20 Million

RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

The following requirements are essential to this position:

RIBA Part 2 Qualified

Good working knowledge of technical delivery is important.

Strong Revit Skills

Experience working across RIBA stages

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of Revit BIM to level 2 standards

Knowledge of AutoCAD
