Architectural Technician

You'll have the opportunity to work on medium-large scale educational, commercial and residential projects across all RIBA stages within a supportive and nationally renowned team. Role & Company:

This opportunity will see you joining a successful and rapidly growing team, taking a key role on the support and delivery of both new and existing projects. Working across a variety of sectors, you'll be composing technical drawings across all RIBA stages. You'll be working as part of a dynamic team to assist in the development of design proposals and solutions for projects and create detailed planning applications.

This AJ100 practice are known for their innovative and sustainable design and technical solutions applied throughout all stages of the design process. They have won several awards for their projects and are rapidly expanding all 3 of their UK offices following successful project wins. They actively encourage the development of employees across all disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years' industry experience post qualification
• A relevant Architectural degree
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• A strong technical ability using Revit (demonstrated in portfolio)
• Thorough understanding of the UK building regulations
