Opportunity:
A leading and modern multidisciplinary are looking for a Technical Architect to join their design team in Birmingham to work on an exciting large scale residential project from Stage 4 onwards. This role will see you liaising with clients, working within and leading an interdisciplinary project team and creating technical packages for a UK based, multi-storey apartment scheme. This company promotes long-term staff retention, so you'll be working across multiple RIBA stages in the future, as well as a competitive salary.
The company are a medium sized multidisciplinary, offering services across design, engineering, construction, surveying, H&S and environmental services. Typically you'll be working with housing associations as part of a varied team. The wider design team in Birmingham totals c. 10, part of a unit of 36 employees there.

Qualifications & Experience:
- ARB (Part 3) Architect with 4+ years' experience
- Experience using Revit is essential
- Expertise delivering medium to large residential projects
- Excellent technical ability, demonstrated in a strong technical portfolio
