Our client is looking for a dynamic and passionate Part 2 Architectural Assistant Our client is an award winning multi-disciplinary practice specialising residential and master planning.

In this role you will be working on a wide variety of projects including work for the local authority and the National Library of Wales as well as residential alterations, extensions.

The successful candidate would ideally have the ability to work in a wide variety of media and software including Photoshop, Autocad, Revit, and Sketchup.

Essential skills/ qualifications for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Part 2 qualified and ideally you will already ideally have experience within a UK based practice.
• Experience in a variety of software skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• To work as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will be:

• Working as part of a team, assisting on development of design proposals
• Assisting in the preparation of drawings, reports, visualisations, schedules and specifications
• Liaising with clients and planning officers and building control inspectors
