Senior Associate / Lead CDM Specialist

Our client is a major international business made up of architects, designers, engineers and project managers working together deliver high profile projects with a leading track record in all major sectors including health, education, workplace, retail, heritage, housing, transport, leisure and energy.

We are looking to appoint a Lead CDM Specialist who is Health & Safety qualified and from a strong design background, currently in a reasonably senior role within an existing organisation.

With the support of in-house team members and sub-consultancy advisors the successful candidate would work closely with all design disciplines and specialist sub consultants in delivering the Principal Designer services.

You will have a thorough working knowledge and experience of the CDM Regulations and other health & safety and environmental regulations and a good knowledge of design and construction related activities and designers duties gained from broad experience across a range of industry sectors. Major project experience is required.
