Part 2 Architectural Assistant (Vectorworks)

Opportunity:

Are you a Part 2 Architectural Assistant looking for a company to build your career with? My client is a talented and quirky creative design studio in London with an exciting and strong pipeline of projects ranging across several sectors and scales. This opportunity will see you taking ownership of your own projects and supporting the senior members on multimillion pound projects. Offering great office space and fun company culture, this position will see you contributing to the creative design discussions as well as client facing meetings.

Role & Company:

You'll be taking on an integral role, managing your own smaller scale projects from concept to completion whilst also supporting senior staff on the large scale, multimillion pound schemes.

The studio is small, fun and very successful. Having recently taken on a number of exciting projects, they have plans to rapidly grow their team to support their expanding workload. This practice uses Vectorworks and Sketch Up with the recent addition of V-Ray. The ideal candidate will have a flair for detailing and a passion for managing their projects from start to finish.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' professional experience
• Experienced in Vectorworks (essential), Sketch Up and V-Ray (desirable)
• Experience in creating tender packages, construction documents and dealing with suppliers, contractors and clients
