Project Architect (ArchiCAD)

Opportunity:

An award-winning architecture practice with a focus on sustainability, social inclusion and public space is looking for a Project Architect with proficiency in ArchiCAD to join their social and ambitious team. You'll be delivering London based projects across various sectors, including community, education, refurbishment and residential. In addition to beautifully located, light and spacious offices, this company provides the opportunity to create innovative sustainable solutions to a breadth of community/public related projects.

Role & Company:

You'll be leading on projects from concept to completion, integrating design, detail, sustainable performance and innovative construction. As well as taking a hands on approach to all work stages, you'll be liaising with clients, consultants and contractors, writing reports, presenting proposals and managing/mentoring your team.

This company has received several awards for their work and, having recently won a number of new projects, demonstrates a strong pipeline with plans to quickly grow.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' post ARB experience
• Proficiency (plus recent professional experience) in ArchiCAD is essential
• Worked across all RIBA stages - strong technical/construction expertise is advantageous
• Experience managing a team
